The elephant snorkel - I think!

Post by Polarbear2008 »

Saw this on an Isuzu the other day...

The only reason I could come up with, is that he didn't want to cut and drill the fender?! The pipe is part of the front bumper!

Now that is interesting, what on earth would be the purpose of such a snorkel?

Maybe it's a water intake?

If you want the ram effect it needs to be as short as possible.
If you need to keep your engine dry you need it as high as possible.
So I guess horses for courses.

Dit kan `n Kaap ding wees - Fortuners met Low Profile 20" rims of bakkies wat so laag is, ek kan nie sien hoe jy meer as 6 eiers agterop kan sit voordat die bakwerk skuur nie. Eeen van die manne by die werk het sy nuwe Triton so "gepimp"

Julle is almal verkeerd.
