Welcome back, Koos. Eish, barbed wire can make a real mess of things under there! Glad you got sorted.

Now looking forward to more pics of that beautiful scenery!

Maybe hotwired
PS: The sleeping under the blacket and legs under the car was 2 seperate cases, I managed (like at Barakah with Ou Vale) to collect a whole bundle of wire to spin aroung the rear diff and damage the oil seal, but got sorted by Springbok Toyota and we could join the touring party at Hobas. The 44 deg was recorded while waiting for them to arrive, and when they did they went for the pool even before setting up camp, but the sleeping under the blanket happened long before that (dink hy was net moeg) :taunt:

Agree, the miggies was bad, got to a stage where I wanted to spray myself with DOOM, but then the Red Romans arrived! No DOOM, OOOOMS or whatever kept these buggers at bay, and OOOOMS abused my discomfort to the fullest :banned: :banned: :banned:

The miggies are something else, they terrorised us at Richters as well, that cute spider was after the miggies not the humans...
