Stephan and I both have VHF radio's....

Just seen my girl with her new shocks and springs and she looks great.... just waiting for the new front bumper to go on and spots fitted... and I can collect her. Next week Ciske does the back bullbar with wheel carriers and I will have the coolest Hilux around, in my opinion anyway... Just have to get used to climbing in and out the drivers seat with the new height... Yippee!!!

Will be great to try her out on the trail on Saturday..... Still waiting for my daughter-in-law to have the baby, date is overdue, but hope she can hang in there until after the weekend..... pleeeezzzzz...

Just got my girl home so definitely on the weekend, even have permission from my daughter-in-law to not to have to evacuate the trail in a hurry if she goes into labour.....

Allan, my girl looks really amazing. Turned a whole lot of heads on the way home, even a couple of landy's spluttered as we went by (I'm just joking, right)... . Can't wait to tackle the trail.... Seriously though, she looks great and is driving really well.. Thank you very much for doing such a great job on her....

Okay - Change of plans - bring a chop with as we will have braai on top of the mountain - there is a straight route down to the farm from there. Remember the camara's as there is a lot of place to take some stunning pics of your van.

Die roete is lank voor 17H00 al klaar... die braai sal seker aanhou tot dan toe ja...

As ons wikkel maak ons klaar met die ryery teen so 14h00..

Dit gaan VREK warm wees more, onthou hoede en sonbrandgoed, en baie water/Game etc om dehidrasie te voorkom..veral vir die kjenners

Ai tog, ek het al weer uit gemis. Dis so jammer dat ek nie geweet het van die die trip nie. Het wraggies heeldag by die huis gesit en niks doen nie. Kan julle nie maar aan die Weskaap manne 'n epos stuur met 'n uitnodiging vir trips nie. 'n Mens ( soos ek bv) sit nie heeldag ek en kyk wat op die Forums aangaan nie. Net 'n epos om te herinner en uit te nooi is mos nie groot moeite nie. Asb manne. Dis so maklik! Dit sal lekker , Groete Rolbos
