Firestone Destination MT?
Hi
I need some advice please. I have the option to fit 245/70/17 Firestone Destination MT on my Hilux, does anyone have experience with them? I think they look good and the reviews are also good. At R1300 per tyre cheaper than BFG Mud it is pretty well priced.
Would appreciate your comments

AS ek in jou skoene was sou ek dit verseker opgesit het - R5200 besparing!

Re: Firestone Destination MT?
Maar oef daai Firestones gaan so mooi lyk....

Blykbaar is hy stiller as die BFG Mud en omtrent dieselfde as die Maxxis Bighorn, behalwe dat hy baie meer kilos gee as die Bighorn. Dis verbasend hoe baie tegnologie deesdae in die tyres ingaan!

Hi
Just fitted them today, I think they look awesome! Hulle sing so bietjie by 80km/h maar raak stiller as mens vinniger ry, weird ja!
Volgende naweek Loch Maree 4x4 roete, sal laat weet hoe hulle perform.
Check fotos onder.

They look great & the price is right.
When you start going past the 60 km/h mark, then start working the volume button on the radio.
You will then see how quiet those Firestones can be.

Re: Firestone Destination MT?

Re: Firestone Destination MT?
Not sure if you guys know this, but the Destination MT has a 3Ply sidewall same as the BFG !!
While still in the tyre industry, i had customers doing between 84000km and 120 000km on these tyres.
Excellent tyre for the price you pay !!
