Nice, but you should have rather spent the moola on sliders and integrated bumper!
When your road comes to an end ...... you need a HILUX!.

I feel a lot less wise at 45 than I did at 15.

Re: Pic of the Hilux
Hey, don't get me wrong .... I enjoy decent sound as much as the next guy, but at reasonable volumes. One Pioneer 10" DVC sub with 2 x 600w Pioneer 3 way 6x9's driven by a 1000w amp was enough for me. I suppose it's a case of personal preferences ..... all I'm saying, no criticism, is that if I were to be kitting out a 4x4, I'd be starting with suspension, tyres, sliders, tupperware replacement, etc., and sound systems would be somewhere at the bottom of the list.

Re: Pic of the Hilux
Louie, lekker man. Hoe kan ek my Hilux se klank verbeter op die goedkoopste manier? Dis n 2006 Vigo, so daars net 4 luidsprekers. Ek soek nie n boombox nie, net beter klank waar mens nie net die 'trebles' hoor nie.

Re: Pic of the Hilux
There's 2x12 inch Targa Street Slims fitted snug behind the seat.
The box is built from 16mm marine ply and has a 4 inch round port.
The amplifier is a 2000 RMS Targa mounted under the passenger seat.
Still using the factoy speakers in the doors, just put capacitors on them and have a pair of Pioneer TS 220 super tweeters.
There was a 1000 rms American Amps that I had mounted in the little load box under the seat, its almost the size of an A5 book.
