Was wondering if anyone on here uses tapatalk on the iPhone. It's not working for me and I sent a email to a moderator he wrote back once and never heard from him again..!

It's a third party add-on and we have no control over it except either allowing it on the forum or not

The Nokia Lumia range or their other smart phones?

If it is a Lumia phone then you can use Board Express.

Shaun, try it in your normal browser, it should be easier to work through than it was when using Tapatalk. Automatic resizing of the forum content and borders is one of the new features of this new style.

Yeah, it does work better than before through the normal phone browser, however there are still many integrated functions that are very nifty in Tapatalk. Sharing posts, attaching pictures/photos, viewing updates across multiple forums to name just a few.

I really hope this can be resolved. Suspect the issue has got to do with the new look?

The hard work was done by Pieter. I don't think he had a weekend at all.

Regarding the Tapatalk. We (Pieter and myself) discussed the mod and decided that at first we are going to leave it out as we are trying to keep the software as standard as possible to make future updates less of a hassle and that the down time would be limited.

Each mod/add-on one loads onto the software complicates the upgrade process. So with this responsive design meant to be perfect for all types of devices we thought that Tapatalk is not a requirement any more. But if the majority of the users need it, I guess we will have to reconsider

Oops, only came across this thread after posting on another. So what I gather tapatalk is a no-go for now. A pity for me personally. was hooked on it as I am away from the pc most of the time...

My 1 or 2 Cents

On Tapatalk I have/had:

1) Subscribed Posts with a notification when a there is a new post. I also always got an e-mail to the subscribed posts, but no e-mail anymore. I see that this is replaced by "Your Posts", BUT
2) Tapatalk automatically took me to the last post I read in a thread on whatever page. I miss this future, because I am not always on the forum and if I skip a day or two I can't remember where I was on all the threads that I follow.

Maybe the new style can do it, but then please educate me.

Stem saam met die manne hier bo. Vandat Tapatalk nie meer werk nie kom ek maar selde op die forum. Die funksies en manier wat die forum gewys word op Tapatalk bly net tops vir gebruik op n klein skerm soos op n smartphone.

Toe ek die nuwe forum sagteware gelaai het was daar nog issues met Tapatalk en die nuwe weergawe van die forum sagteware.
'n Stabiele forum is vir my baie meer belangrik.

Ek hou die forums dop en dit lyk of baie van die probleme al opgelos is.
Ry Vrydag eers gou Kalahari toe, wanneer ek terug is sal ek kyk of die ouens nog kla oor Tapatalk se compatibility en dan weer besluit. Hopenlik het Tapatalk teen daardie tyd 'n nuut genoeg weergawe uitgebring op by die nuutste phpbb te pas.

Wys jou net, different strokes for different folks. Ek self het Tapatalk weer net twee keer gebruik en toe ge uninstall, niks van hom gehou nie.

Nuwe website lyk goed en alles. Het hom nog nie van my foon af probeer nie, Sal bietjie kyk hoe dit lyk. Eerste keer since die upgrade wat ek actually op die forum inlog. Since Tapatalk nie meer connect nie, was ek net nog nooit weer op die forum nie. Ek sit nie meer in 'n kantoor nie en browse nie meer van 'n laptop af nie, so as ek dit nie maklik van my foon af kan doen 'on the run' nie, dan kom ek net nie meer by die forum uit nie.

Sal kyk hoe lyk die nuwe weergawe vanaf 'n web browser op die foon, maar as ek sou keuse kon he, dan sal ek duim vashou dat stability met Tapatalk vinnig kan gebeur.

Dankie vir die harde werk agter die skerms! Dit lyk awesome sover op die laptop!

Can anyone tell me how to start a new thread without using tapatalk. Been looking through this site via browser but just cant seem to find it... Frustrated with meself!!!!!

Anyway all I wanted to say the next time you see this It will be stuck inside Fernando's pub in Ponto do Ouro!!

Will be out of touch for a week or so and if I managed to figure this site out I will post proof... Or wait until tapatalk is fixed...

I can't get tapatalk to work for this forum. It's works perfectly for gunsite but not this forum at all. I have searched through tapatalk for Hilux 4x4 but seem to find nothing but American forums.

Can anyone direct me as to how to get this to work?

Tapatalk is not compatible with this version of the board software. Previously on the previous version we could make Tapatalk available but not so now

Unless I missed something Tapatalk is not compatible with the new format so it is no longer available.
