Hi almal, ek is Deon De Villiers van die Oos Kaap, ek is glad nie 'n nuweling wat Hilux'e aanbetref nie, het al 'n paar gehad. Huideglik het ek 'n '99 2.7 IFS Hilux double cab en 'n 2007 Fortuner 3.0l d4d. Ek is maar 'n Toyota man en sal een bly-maar ek is meer vir die ouer modelle-nie so mal oor die nuwe bakkies se shape en so aan nie. Ja wat en dan hou ek van kamp, visvang en 4x4 natuurlik!

Howzit and welcome Deon.I spent a night in your local caravan park about six weeks ago ,on our way to Sani Pass and Lesotho.
I was very impressed with your small town.Very neat and clean compared to the neigbouring towns.

I hope to visit again soon on my way to Ongeluks Nek to explore a bit of Lesotho.Maybe you would like to join us.

Hi Tony, yes Matat is not too bad-great people here.
You will enjoy the pass up Ongeluksnek from the SA Border post to Lake Letsi- much more technical than Sani Pass-Sani Pass is a bit over-rated.
Last month we went in at Ongeluksnek took a round trip via Malia lia lodge and Semongkong and came out at Qacha's Nek, very nice trip with some nice technical sections.
