Hi, ek het n trailer die 26ste gekry tssn Marienfluss en Orupembe wat se dusselboom af gebreek het met julle bumper sticker op.

Ek het iets van die man wat hy agter gelaat het, wat ek net graag aan hom wil terug besorg, weet julle dalk wie se trailer dit is?

Hi Andy,
The Poster on the Hilux Face Book Page, Does he have a picture of the trailer, or The registration number, which was what I would be looking at in the picture.
In that way we could trace the owner, to get something of his back to him. Big loss, but maybe he could have done some type of recovery.
Years ago we emptied the trailer into the vehicle and transported the trailer on top of the vehicle, but situations differ...

No picture posted. I guess he's wanting the owner to verify ownership with the reg. no.

So tell him to contact owner through registration, Or,
If he needs assistance, then he can tell us to assist & he can verify ownership around the found property...

Edge, if I can get the reg no, do you still have a contact to get the owner details through NATIS?

Hi Andy, where there is a will there is a way.
If it is to help a forum member, a plan will be made...
If you can find out exactly where the trailer is, I will be in the vicinity during May,
but may not be driving the exact track/road that they used/where the trailer is.
We tend to move off the tourist routes where possible.
The going then normally has less corrugations/damage...

We're still not having any luck tracing the owner. Apparently the number plate and licence disc were removed (maybe for de-registering purposes or building a new trailer).

In the meantime we have a couple of pics and hopefully someone recognises it.
