Hilux 3l d4d Auto Engine Tick Tick Tick

Hi All

I'm new to the forum and hoping for some assistance.

My vehicle :

2010 Toyota Hilux 3l d4d Auto DC 4x4 with 265 000kms.

One injector failed and engine was completely rebuilt.

After rebuild bakkie runs like a dream except for 1 issue that was not there before.

When cold and on start up, no issue.

Once engine reaches operating temp there is a Tick Tick Tick sound which is noticeable at idle mostly and when driving.

New injectors were fitted ( purchased from Toyota) and programmed and coded.

Any ideas what to check or pointers for me?
