New Forum Style

Someone mentioned the other day that very few of the older members make an appearance anymore. I have also noticed this fact and miss my daily fix of knowledge and general vehicle banter. To me this is very sad and I am under the impression that it might have something to do with this new format. Now, it might just be me, but I find this version very awkward to navigate, especially sorting out read and unread posts. I realise that hosting a site must be a lot of work and a real pain, but is it not possible to go back to the old format? Hopefully the forum could be restored to its former glory.

The forum style is very much a personal thing. I feel the same as you.
Other users again felt that the reason of the inactivity on the forum is the style I always had on the forum. So I changed it to the standard style to see if it makes it any better.

Peter, I re-activated my old style.

1. At top right, click the down arrow next to your username.
2. Click "user control panel"
3. Click Board Preferences
4. Go to Global settings
5. Select the Milk2 Style and choose your correct timeline.
6. Click submit and you will be back to the previous style.

I have just done this as well, looks good! Now, let's get those missing members back! There is so much excellent information available here that people are missing out on.
