Worn out bearing on my hilux 2006 2L

The rear bearing on my left wheel finished and the entire wheel came off whilst i was driving.
When the bearing is worn is the wheel including the pole supposed to come off. Is this normal or did i buy cheap low quality bearings

It does happen that the wheel and sideshaft comes out when a bearing collapse.
There is a big chance that the sideshaft is now also bent.
