Snow in Ceres area
A friend just phoned me from Theronsberg Pass just outside Ceres and reported a blanket of snow on the pass. Matroosberg 4x4 should also be covered in snow.

Lourens unfortunately about 50% of Cape Town's population descends on Ceres and close surrounds over the weekend as soon as there is a snow alert... much to the horror of some local farmers. Besides checking out the snow in pics or on TV, it may worth taking a day off work and go in the week... and avoiding that mad rush... even Matroosberg gets overrun at times!

What about Worcester, or is too far out? don't they usually get snow there as well?

ja, I always wanted to take the family, but the horror stories of hecking traffic, cars stuck and overheating etc... I got gatvol just from waiting in line at the woolies sale last night
