Driving Piet Retief - Pongola???

Post by Thabogrobler »

Went through PR to PG this afternoon. 30km Before PG got stopped in a roadblock. YEs the Friggin a$$h0les are at it again.

They check the whole nine yard - and the arrogance!

But I will not vent on this forum but be aware.

Hi Darryl. Did u use the N17? I am also told that the road are only bad between Ermelo & PR? s that true? I was told that at Ermelo you can bypass the repairs by heading towards Amsterdam. Pse advise of your experience.

Got back yesterday. The roads are terrible, potholes everywhere and roadblocks. Stick to the speed limits espessialy when entering towns.

PR PG is full of road works. Check speed when exiting PR - they check speed on average over 3km
