We went to Ngala Lodge this past week. Arrived Wednesday afternoon, had lunch, and were told to get ready for our afternoon game drive. Grabbed the camera, put a big lens on and off we went. 5th species of animal we saw was this girl:

Sorry about the lettering on the images, but I'm not giving any scumbag the opportunity to publish my photos without my permission (again) :evil: :disgust:

PS - die volgende stap is om die Kopiereg "in te weef" in die prent in. Jy kan dit in die tak of op die dier se been inweef. Dis DAAR, maar oorheers nie die foto nie, en BAIE MOEILIK om te verwyder of uit te crop. Dis n maklike oefening in PhotoShop.

Nou kies jy n kleur wat nie bots met jou foto nie, maar tog sigbaar is
stel opacity tot dit "net" reg is



terug by die fotos - MOOI ! wragtag pragtig !!

In die hande van 'n amateur in dieselfde situasie sou die uitkoms veel anders gelyk het.

Jou fotos is asemrowend!!

andre , those pics are amazing
you know how many people have dreamed of seeing that animal in the wild
my uncle was in the game reserve religiously twice a year , and only after 13 years came across one
congrats again , the photos looks awesome

Thanks, Guys.

Yeah we were extremely lucky. I was in the Kruger for 7 months while I was in the army. In that time I saw a total of 2 leopards.

To give you an idea of how lucky we were, here are some of the notables:
1st game drive - buffalo, elephant, leopard
2nd game drive - rhinos, lions
3rd game drive - 2 young leopard (!!!!)
4th game drive - wild dogs with a kill

Still working through my photos I took. I took around 1800 images, and my wife wasn't far behind me :D

Daar is maar net n verskil as jy n Nikon lens op n Nikon gebruik of n Canon op n Canon, kyk maar net die fokus op die haarkies op daai swart en wit ene.

Allan - feite daai. Daardie 200-400 is 'n fantastiese lens. Wens ek kon een bekostig haha. My vrou het met 'n Sigma 150-500 geskiet, en ek moet se ek is heel beindruk met die resultate. Sal so paar opsit as ons hulle klaar deur die rekenaar gehardloop het. Beslis goeie waarde vir geld - die groot ding is net om hom te gebruik binne die perke waar hy op sy beste werk
