.303 questions

I need a little bit of help.
I have no1 MK3 .303, that is not sportized, and I dont ever plan to
I need the front screw on the nose cap.
also where in Pretoria area can I find Highland 180g ammo and winchester 215g cpx.
it groups nicely with the 180g federals that I have, but throws 174g PMPs all over the place, and from the one thread on 4x4 community seems that a few do the same thing
