So my Chick gets a opening on the Otter trail on the 10th to 15th June with a friend of hers....anybody done, any advice I can give, I will be packing all her gear and lending her most of my gear ... so the equipment side is not a problem, it doesnt seem a long distance in 5 days but then I take the terrain is tricky/steep inclines/declines in places. My main concern is the river crossings which there seem to be plenty, the one I was concerned about was the last one where there is an escape route back up to the N2
So ja any tips, pointers, things you carried along the trail which you didnt really need, standard of the overnight huts etc etc will be appreciated
cheers
