Sand is a lot more forgiving than rocks. trees or soil but even so, I think those guys were lucky to get out of there without serious injury. :eh:

Some tips I learned a long time back .... if it looks like it's going to get rough, buckle up and close the side windows at least half way. The reasn for buckling up is obvious but it's a natural reflex action to put your arm out if you're falling over .... same applies under some conditions if you're going to roll (I know, I've done it myself in the past). Closing the window prevents putting the arm out before logical thoughts kick in and possibly saving it from amputation.
