Hi
I have replaced the cyliner head on my KZTE. but it now lacks power on up hill and when towing. rechecked timing, it is spot on.
Can you set the timing on the injector pump. and if it is posible. What steps do I follow.
Waiting to hear from you.

Check the gasket on the exhaust manifold. Turbo side and cylinder head side. You will be supprised how easily they leak gasses. Use firegum as sealant.

Ja dis hoe my timing is. Alles is op die merke. Maar daar moet sekerlik 'n manier wees om die pomp op sy eie te stel - fine tune.

aan die agterkant is daar 2 skroewe waar jy die dwel kan stel. het jy die pomp afgehaal, dat jy hom wil stel?

Het jy aan die pomp geskyf toe jy die head afgehad het? Die KZ-TE se injection timing word deur die Ecu bepaal en die Spill valve bepaal die hoeveelheid wat ingespuit word.Op die kant van die pomp is n swart sensor met n swart plug wat partykeer lug inkry dit kan reg gestel word deur die sensor net los te skiet en dan die pomp op die filter te pomp en te kyk of daar lug uitkom.
