Moenie spot nie. My pa vertel my so paar jaar terug (hy's nou afgetree, maar was Generaal in die lugmag, so het skouers gevryf met regering grootkoppe) toe oorweeg onse guavament (yip, GUAVA-ment) dit om boere te belas op die hoeveelheid reën wat val op hul plase...

Gelukkig sê een slimkop toe vir hulle dat as die reën minder val as average in droogte jare gaan jul die boere moet betaal. Toe los hul maar hul plan.

Maar daai artikel smaak baie na ou Julius se vrottigheid. Blerrie amper die waarheid!
