What has been the effect of ULP on your 22R/4Y ?

Ok so my previous thread generated numerous views but no responses.

I see that in 2009 there was a discussion concerning the use of ULP petrol for the SFA's. I gained the impression that most of the posters hadn't been using it for a long time - at that time.

It's now 5 years later. Who of you are still using ULP and have there been any side effects?
Some were pro additives while others were of the opinion that additives are a big no-no.

Do you add valve ease to your fuel or not?

Or do the majority of you still use LRP (which is no longer available at some garages) ?

What feedback can you share with us?

Your '97 model is compatible with ULP use, no problem .... so use it.

Mine is 92' and runs perfectly on ULP 93 not 95

Die petrol pompe verkoop n produk gemaak deur wynns nl. Valve lead substitute.Word ook aanbeveel vir brandstof inspuit enjins .My 4y het sover geen probleem met ULP brandstof nie.

Dink dit kan net goed wees om die produk van Wynns te gebruik.Sal graag wil hoor wat se die ander manne

Ek ry my 89 4Y al vanaf 200000 km op ULP sonder enige additives en het al amper 300000 op en het geen probleme met valve seat recession of guide wear nie.

So my gevolg is dat jy kan ULP ry op daai enjins.
