The annual RFAD 4x4 fun day will take place on the 11 March 2017 at Base 4.

We know this event is for a good cause and representation from our club will be awesome.
There is only space for 12 teams of 10 vehicles. Lets have a show of hands who is interested in participating.

Thanks all for an awesome response so far to this event.

The rules state that we need to enter teams of 10 vehicles, so we will split the guys up into two groups up. If there is more response we can always add another team.
"Paid up club Members" & "Non club Members".

For paid up club members, we are looking at a possible sponsorship from the club. Nothing confirmed yet, but watch this space!

I am in contact with the organizers at RFAD and will post all the necessary entry/indemnity forms in due course.
In the meantime, below is an attachment with the rules etc.

As far as sponsorship goes, the club will be sponsoring an obstacle on the day. Thanks Committee for the approval.

Our banners will be displayed at the obstacle in order to get as much exposure as possible.
Over and above the teams entering, we will need at least two volunteers to marshal the obstacle. If there are any takers out there please let me know.

We are looking for at least another six vehicles to partake in order to complete two teams of ten vehicles. The teams can be mixed between members and non members however we encourage the nonmembers to join the club before the event.

Come on guys, join us for the day. This is an awesome event and the entry fee of R350 goes to a worthy cause.

Well spotted Neil. I've added the correct document in my original post.
Guys that have already submitted their indemnity form please take note and resend the correct document.
