Suspension help

Post by bullit »

Hello all,

My Hilux currently has an OME suspension upgrade. 2” lift.
I was thinking of adding a levelling kit or body lift kit.
Adding another 2” to the vehicle.

Can this be done without compromising cv angles etc.
is it worth doing one or the other.
Thanks all.

I also had OME lift and I fitted the 25mm spacer. I fitted the spacer because I had a big winch and ARB aftermarket bumper which after I fitted I lost my 2 inc lift.

My CV did eventually fail after about 6 years. This sound like a long time but actually not. I sold the bakke after 11 years and it only had 132000 km on.
So the CV,s failed after about 70K km

BUT it looked great. I even did a 50mm body lift :D:
