Hello All,
I am fairly new to the Hilux 4x4 group. I have been on the 4x4community page for many years but only recently went from a 2006 Fortuner to a 2018 Dakar double cab!
I have a magnetic mount antenna at the moment for my newly acquired radio here in Namibia. At the moment the cable just comes through the door jam, but I really don't like this very much. How have you all been able to route your antenna cable while the fairly big connector is attached?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Josh

Re: VHF Antenna Cable Routing
Josh, painful as it sounds you need to mount a permanent antenna to your Dakar, the antenna cable is then connected below the vehicle surface and routed directly to the front cab, after which the Antenna Connector is then fitted.
