hey guys,

well, i wanted to tell a bit about my hobby's,
i am busy with a few things, my english bull terrier, he is a very happy and crazy dog,
then my girlfriend, a help her with here horse, and i train them a bit,
if i got time i really love to cook! thats the thing that can take all stress away from me!
i love cooking from other culture's, like african peanut soup,
jamaican "erwten" soup, banana soup, and some home made pasta's, maybe i'm going to work in a restorant.
i can cook "normal" stuff like potato's and meatballs, and all of that, but i love other cultures,
i want to specialise me in a rare way of cooking, camping cooking, just one or 2gas burners, and make something really good,
so all tips are welcome! :)

Camping cooking is best done on open fire in black cast iron pots. Try one of our "potbrood" (pot bread) recipes in the cooking session or research "potjiekos" (translated as pot food) which is a special way of making "stew" type food in cast iron pot but the method normally requires you to add the food in layers without stirring or mixing before you dish up. Potjiekos is very popular in South Africa and there is almost a cult like movement with Potjiekos competitions etc.

i forgot one of my hobbys btw, i am learning to play djembé,
but i forgot it because i didn't play since i got the lux! ;)
i also like to go to reggea festival geel, and afro latino, that's a festival, where they play salsa, reggea, afro... everything, and there is banana beer and coconut beer, there is food from all over the world, and there is nothing of violence or vandalism or so, you can leave a laptop in you're tent, with the front panels open, and then go away for the whole day, you're laptop will be at the same spot when you come back :)
