SFA door alignment

On my 1996 SFA D/C I notice that the doors do not align smoothly at the rear edge, leaving a step between the front door and the rear door outside surface that creates a wind noise when drivig at highway speeds. The front door is about 5mm raised above the rear door, halfway down the door surface. Also I notice that the top of the drivers door is about 3mm proud of the B post and I also get wind noise through that gap.
I have replaced the door seals without much improvement.
Is there a means of adjusting the door on the hinges so that I can take up these steps and make the bakkie a little quieter?
