ABS and Diff Light on continously 3.0 KZ-TE

Post by esajoda »

Hi All,

Just returned from a trip to Bots and while there the ABS and RR Diff Lock light came ON while on a track, the van was still on 4x2, the problem is that they now stay on all the time.

Anyone experience this before and anyone have any ideas where I should start looking?

My guess will be to check whether the "difflock engaged limit switch" on the rear diff is not sticky or its wiring might be damaged.

This switch gives feedback to the control system to tell if the rear diff is locked or not. It then disables the ABS as well. That is why the ABS light is on.
