SFA door hinges

I'm looking for some of the forum wisdom again, my 96 SFA driver side door creaks terribly while I drive, even on tar and i suspect it's the door hinges becuase if I try and lift the door from the bottom while open I get some movement also if I open the door when it's moaning and groaning all is quiet, but I get strange looks from people on the road doing this.
My question is how easy is it to replace the hinges or could it be something else tha tI should check?
BTW hinges from the stealers are R520 Top and R640 bottom so I don't want to replace them on a whim.

Okay here is a fix for the meantime to preserve your sanity on the way home and until you buy new hinges. Spray them with Silicon Spray, not Q20, Silicon. It shuts them up quick quick... Kaspaas also developed a creaky problem when we were on holiday and the Spanjaard sorted him out.

I believe Commercial Auto sells a lot of Toyota body parts, especially the taxi parts... so there's a good chance that they would sell the door hinges!

You can remove the hinges, drill the pin out and replace it with an oversize one, if you can't do it yourself take them to an engineering shop.

Thanks for all the good advice, I have already bought some Spanaard silicone and it worked like a treat. No doubt I will have to face the inevitable and replace the hinges or do the mod on the pin.
It looks like one must remove the fender to get to the front hinge bolts, is this the case or is there some clever work around?

Next little piece of advice. Keep the Spanjaard in your Hilux. when it rains and the wipers start shuddering, just spray some of that Spanjaard on the wiper blades and it will stop shuddering...
