Hel Andre

Re: Slegte Nuus! Dustydre in Hospital
Andre I am glad you guys are OK.
I understand Andrew's girlfriend do not have a medical aid and that the damage to here leg is so severe that they are considering amputation I also understand that she is a waitress of trade and will not be able to work for a year.
I do not know how the rest of you feel but the moment I get her banking details from Brigette I will be the first to make a donation to help her cover her medical bills and loss of income.
Andre, it is a very hard lesson but I think each and everyone of us learned from this, not only you
Good luck, we all pray for you

That's bloody scary... I'm simply amazed that you all survived! Events like this definitely change your perspective on things... I for one will certainly be a lot more careful when attempting a serious obstacle, get out and walk it, and even ask the passengers to rather get out the vehicle if I'm not 100% confident it safe to be in the vehicle!
Andre I'll be praying for you, Brigette and your friends for a speedy and complete recovery!
Pieter, thats an excellent idea! I'll support it!

Wat se julle?

For the sake of immediate help/relief, the donation route is best! I'm sure there is a desperate need right now...
Thereafter we can put together a decent fundraiser...

Agreed, can we start a post to ask for donations or would that be inappropriate?

Manne
Laat weet asb of dit aanvaarbaar so sal wees.
Weereens baie dankie vir die wonderlike gebaar.

Andre
Groete
Johan

Re: Slegte Nuus! Dustydre in Hospital
No, we put their bank account number on hear and everybody transfer money directly.
Andre phoned me, he said Tymme do not have a bank account but we will have to use Brigette's.
Since Tymme's arms and leg are stuffed she will be in a wheel chair and Andre and Brigette will have to look after her and the little one anyway as she has nobody else who can help. Since Andre and Brigette will look after them I feel quite comfortable transferring the donations to them. We must then just use "tymme" as reference so they know what it is for.
As soon as I get the banking details I will add it here.

Eish...Laat mens bietjie dink...

Spoke to my wife with regards to SARS implications for Brigette. She said that we must put Tymme - Donation as reference. You guys know those guys at SARS can be a real pain if they want to.

Daarvoor gee ek my woord.

Re: Slegte Nuus! Dustydre in Hospital
Dit maak my dag

Re: Slegte Nuus! Dustydre in Hospital
Jis Johannes nou praat jy !
My gedagtes staan Bonniedale toe.
