Rabies
See the Agricultural minister in KZN is now going to enforce the ARREST of dogs carrying rabies, maybe some of our more inventive members can come up with some retaining devise (paw cuffs etc.) or perhaps some PPE to protect the poor man from being bitten while attempting making his arrests :roll:
