THanks mods for making my registration so quick and painless
Ok I am in KZN
NO Hilux yet -- that is why I have come to this forum -- to try and learn something and bypass the pitfalls ( potholes )
I am interested in all things mechanical as well as all the overland stuff -- particularly learning about places in Africa that one can go to
WHEN you have got around to getting the right Hilux 4x4 SFA ( Solid Front Axle )
I have read through some of the posts here -- still finding my way around ......
I have a whole lot of questions -- but it would be rude to get started right here on the first post
So here I am let's get started ( bottle of ice cold coke here )

Welcome on the forum! As a fairly new member I also have many questions - luckily most of the topics we are interested in have been covered, therefore I suggest you use the search tool (right top corner of screen) to find the necessary info! Enjoy Hilux hunting!

I posted the questions over here .........

Looked like a good place
I often find that sometimes Google works better for searches than the actual forum search function -- helps to know what to search on though
Hoiwever comments by the experts save on hours of searching :)
That said I would appreciate it if someone could direct me to the correct place on the forum to start looking for the answers ( as asked in the post referenced above )
Thanks
