D/C seat covers

Post by Joffy »

Hey guys,

not sure if this is in the right section so I apologise to the mods if they need to relocate it.
I just wanted to see if anyone has some personal insight into either the Escape Gear seat covers or the Mellville and Moon?
My gut is telling me to go the extra distance and get the Mellville and Moon but after chatting to some friends over the weekend I am now a little confused :eh:

thanks

hello Joffy

Do yourself a favour and look at the Caprivi seat covers. This will confuse you even more :laugh2: They are in a class of their own.

I know the Escape Gear website shows a video of their seat covers working with airbags.
Make sure if you have airbags that the seat covers will not hinder them in any way....

Joffy

Jy moet hulle maar kontak info@caprivi,za.com Volgens die SA4x4 is dit:

R 2920 - SC
R 3950 - DC
R 5350 - SUV (5 seater)
R 6499 - SUV (7 seater)

Hi Jonathan,

Have you spoken to your local Toyota Dealer ? They have affordable options, I have some in my vehicle and neither my wife nor any of my over active kids (toddlers) have caused any permanent damage in the last 13months ....

Just an idea....

Hey Jaco,

I had considered it but I must be honest that I did not give it any further forethought as I had assumed that the alternative brands would have had something better. I suppose that is partly due to the article awhile back that either DriveOut or SA 4X4 magazine did and it only covered those brands. I will look at the Toyota range to see if there is anything there ....

thanks for the suggestion :)

I just received 2 sets of Caprivi Seat Covers for the Fortuner. All I can say is WOW, they are awesome  . They have real leather inserts and the finish is absolutely perfect.
Really is the best seat covers I have seen so far.
