Thump on auto box

Good Day to all

Has anyone with an auto box experience any knock or thump on the auto box when pulling away gently

I have had the complete drive train replaced and it is softer ( the thump) but at times very solid rubber like thump when I
pull off from a dead stop - all at normal driving. Agent says it is all good now, but it is definitely not.

If toy walks away from this - don't know how I am going to fix this, but to return the vehicle and want my money back

I have had and do have that small thump with the Auto box on my hilux. It went away when the propshaft was replaced, and it has returned. Apparently there is an upgraded shaft that Toyota now fits to the FJ and Prado and I am going to try and get tht fitted at the next service.
