hi every one my 1996 2.4 raider dc petrol developed over heating problems we have narrowed it down to the block being cracked it has a 22r motor any one got a good sub assy or block tks ivan

The diesel radiator is a good upgrade, i have radiator cowls in stock for R400.00

fit that cowl - a fan is not nearly as effective as it should be without cowl!
hilux sfa -the only real 4x4!

True, and by the same token, neither is the radiator. Without the cowl the fan will only draw a decent amount of air through a circular area directly in front of the fan, whereas with a cowl that area is spread over the whole radiator surface. This is especially true at lower speeds where there is limited 'ram air' through the radiator.
